Before the open borders riots, LA leftists and Jihadists were able to freely terrorize UCLA, assault a synagogue and a Holocaust museum while going virtually unpunished. Their connections to the ruling elite were such that the Board of Supervisors voted to pay the legal bills of the UCLA thugs who assaulted Jewish students and community members, and the only people charged in the antisemitic riots were Jews who defended themselves.
Now that same network pivoted to attack ICE. Some of them are waving Mexican flags, but others are wearing Hamas and PFLP gear. Graffiti includes attacks on ICE, but also on “Zionists”.
Some of that is due to, as David Horowitz often quoted, the larger ‘struggle.’ “The issue is never the issue, the issue is the revolution.” Which means that the rioters care as much about Hamas as they do about open borders. But there’s also a growing integration of Islamic terrorism, especially Hamas and Hezbollah, into leftist activism which means that Islamic terrorist insignia shows up everywhere and is the equivalent of Che shirts. And there’s also a growing contingent of actual Islamic terrorists and terror supporters joining the party.

As a native Angelino, married to a Mexican, I feel great sadness over what has happened to our once-great city. I have several in-laws living in the LA area, and I am sure none of them were anywhere near what was happening in the downtown area.
Whoever those thugs were rioting and waving Mexican flags (or Central American and Palestinian flags as well), they should remember that when you are in someone else’s country, you are an ambassador for your own country. They have done a tremendous disservice to their countrymen and their communities.
LA rioters are acting on orders from their commander in chief – Satan.
These people have been blinded,they are being persuaded by the wrong spirit.We all need to pray for the Lords intervention. We know these attacks against Israel and Jews are biblical and must occur. But our hearts must trust the Lord and His Holy Spirit. I believe some of those leftists will see the light one day. It’s our duty to give it over to the Lord.

“Revolution” is a sugar-coated way of saying “civil war.” How far will the Left take their war? And how far must they go before they find that there’s no turning back? We haven’t yet had a Ft Sumter moment, but we might be experiencing the sort of conflict that happened in “Bleeding Kansas” 1854 – 1861. I’m no hair-on-fire reactionary, but we’re watching now what people are capable of if they believe their cause is just.
